One platform, many grounds

Built for anyone who
allocates space

If you hand out numbered spaces to people who book, pay, prove their insurance and turn up on the day — TEKRAM already does most of your admin.

The vocabulary changes between industries. The problem doesn’t.

Different industries,
identical admin

A market coordinator, a show society secretary, a council venue officer and a caravan park manager have never met. They are all doing the same eleven jobs.

Taking applications. Checking insurance is current. Allocating a finite number of spaces to people who need different amounts of room and power. Invoicing them. Chasing the ones who don’t pay. Holding a spot for the regulars. Filling cancellations. Checking people in. And working out afterwards whether it actually made money.

TEKRAM was built for markets in mind, but it turns out the same solutiions and engine can run a showground, a council hall diary, an annual caravan site register and an exhibition floor. Your portal speaks your industry’s language — the labels are configured at setup.

Same engine.
Your language, your setup

Markets & community markets

Permanent stallholders invoiced once a month, not once a date.

Weekly, fortnightly and monthly markets. Casual and permanent traders, insurance chased automatically, sites allocated without a clash.

Agricultural shows & field days

Trade sites, food vendors and sideshow alley — one system, one committee, no spreadsheet.

Your show runs one weekend. The admin runs all year. And your showground works the other fifty weekends too.

Council venues & facility hire

Recurring hirers, current certificates of currency, and a bond you can actually track.

Halls, sports grounds, showgrounds and park bookings. Australian hosted, Australian supported, built for public sector record-keeping.

Caravan parks — annual sites

Annual and long-stay sites, held pitches, monthly invoicing. The part your PMS does badly.

Not nightly tourist bookings. The permanent and annual side — amperage counted as a real pool, sites allocated by length.

Trade shows & exhibitions

Exhibitor management and floorplan allocation. Bring your own ticketing.

Shell scheme is 3m × 3m, which is already our unit. Furniture, power and rigging are add-on stock. Exhibitor side only, deliberately.

Marinas & storage yards

Berths and bays allocated by length, invoiced monthly, insurance never lapsed.

Annual berth holders are permanents. Vessel length against berth length is the same fit check as a 12m trade site on 3m spaces.

Where TEKRAM isn’t the answer

  • Conference attendee ticketing. We don’t do badge scanning, session management or delegate registration. If you run a conference, keep your ticketing platform and use TEKRAM for exhibitors.
  • Nightly tourist park bookings. We don’t connect to Booking.com, Wikicamps or any channel manager. If you’re chasing overnight holiday traffic, we’re the wrong tool — we handle the annual and long-stay side.
  • General-purpose room booking. If nobody needs to prove insurance, nothing has a size constraint and nobody pays, a shared calendar will serve you better and cost nothing.

Not sure if it fits?

Tell us what you run and how you allocate space. If TEKRAM isn’t right for you, we’ll say so.
