Vendor applications

Online forms you can customise for stallholders, entertainers, charities and community groups. Each type has its own review queue. Approve in a click and the vendor can book and pay within the minute.

Chasing, handled

Set how long a booking can stay unpaid. A payment reminder goes out automatically, then the booking releases itself and the freed space is offered straight to your waitlist. Insurance expiry and overdue invoices chase themselves too.

Vendor Dashboard

Vendors book dates, pay by card, upload insurance, download tax invoices and update their listing themselves. That cuts out the phone calls, spreadsheets and paper forms.

Payments

Card payments go straight to your own Stripe account, and vendors pay the advertised price with no card surcharge. Record cash and bank transfer payments against a booking too, so every payment is tracked in one place. TEKRAM takes no commission or percentage.

Permanent stallholders

Book your regulars a whole month at once: one linked batch, one shared invoice, their pitch held and their rate discounted. Roll the entire market forward to next month in a single action.

Real capacity control

Count your ground in 3m×3m spaces alongside your permit limit, so a 12m food truck takes four. You can track limited add-on stock too. Power, tables and gazebos stop selling when you run out.

Mobile check-in

Check vendors in from your phone on market day, see exactly which add-ons each has paid for, and print a run sheet the night before as your paper backup when the signal drops.

Reporting & Xero

Revenue, expenses and real profit excluding GST, per event and per period, plus credit and debit ledgers for account credit and cancellation fees. Export invoices and contacts straight into Xero, or connect a direct sync that pushes them across on their own.
