TEKRAM is a purpose-built market and event management platform designed for Australian market operators, event organisers, and anyone who manages recurring stallholder-based events. It replaces spreadsheets, manual emails, and disconnected tools with a single platform covering vendor applications, bookings, payments, communications, check-in, reporting, and a public-facing vendor directory — all in one place.
TEKRAM handles the full vendor lifecycle — from online applications and approvals through to bookings, payments, and market day check-in. Vendors get their own self-service dashboard. You get a manager portal with everything you need at a glance. The result is less email, less chasing, and far less admin every single week.
Yes. Your manager dashboard shows live booking statuses, payment confirmations, check-in progress, and revenue summaries. You can filter by event date, market location, or vendor — so on market day you always know exactly where things stand without having to ask anyone.
Absolutely. TEKRAM includes an integrated stallholders directory that lives on your market microsite. As soon as a vendor books and pays for an event, their profile — including logo, product description, social media links, and website — goes live on the directory for that date. Customers can browse who's attending before they arrive, and vendors love the extra exposure. The directory can also be embedded on external websites.
Yes — approved vendors get a dedicated dashboard with their own secure login. From there they can update their profile, book and pay to attend upcoming events, view their booking history, and receive push notifications from the market manager. It's fully self-service, which means less back-and-forth for you.
Yes. Basic plan supports up to 2 locations, Professional up to 5, and Enterprise up to 7. Each location can have its own event schedule, stall configuration, pricing, and vendor roster — all managed from the same portal. Enterprise customers can also have a custom domain microsite per location (e.g. Markets.YourBusiness.com.au).
Yes. Professional and Enterprise plans include broadcast communication — you can push messages directly to vendor dashboards for announcements, market day reminders, policy updates, or weather alerts. Enterprise customers also get email notifications with your own branding, and SMS notifications are included for large-scale operations.
TEKRAM offers four options: a Solo Event plan for once-off events ($99), and three ongoing subscription tiers — Basic ($129/month), Professional ($199/month), and Enterprise ($449/month). Annual plans are available on all subscription tiers at a 15% discount. Each plan is designed around the scale of your operation — number of locations, events per month, and stallholder capacity.
Basic suits smaller or newer markets — up to 2 locations, 4 events per month, and 30 stallholders. It includes core features like vendor applications, Stripe payments, booking management, check-in, email notifications, and a stallholders directory — all under TEKRAM branding. Professional steps up to 5 locations, 15 events per month, 150 stallholders, adds the Document Management System, broadcast communications, cash payment recording, an upcoming event directory, and advanced reporting. White-label branding (removing TEKRAM branding) is available as an add-on on Professional for an additional $50/month.
Enterprise is built for large-scale operations. On top of everything in Professional, you get: up to 7 locations and 500 stallholders, 3 authorised manager users, white-label branding included (no add-on needed), a custom domain microsite, custom email templates and manager portal branding, visual site/stall mapping, vendor waitlist management, ticket sales integration, advanced CRM, financial CSV exports, SMS notifications, custom onboarding and data migration, 2 custom feature requests per year, and phone support.
By default, Basic and Professional plans display TEKRAM branding on vendor-facing pages, emails, and the stallholders directory. The white-label add-on, available on Professional for +$50/month, removes all TEKRAM branding and replaces it with your own — your logo, your colours, your name. White-label branding is included as standard on Enterprise.
Monthly plans have a one-month minimum — pay month to month and cancel anytime. Annual plans are paid upfront (or arranged as monthly instalments) and carry a 15% saving over monthly pricing. There are no lock-in contracts beyond the agreed billing period, and we'll always work with you if circumstances change.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrades on annual plans are assessed based on where you are in the billing cycle and we'll always work with you to find the right outcome — we'd rather keep you on the right plan than lose you entirely.
The Solo Event plan is a once-off $99 option for a single event with up to 30 stallholders. It includes online vendor applications, Stripe payment integration, email notifications, a stallholders directory listing page, and mobile check-in. It's ideal for testing TEKRAM before committing to a monthly plan, or for genuinely one-off events like festivals or markets that don't run regularly.
TEKRAM supports online card payments through Stripe — vendors pay to book their stall directly through the platform. Professional and Enterprise plans also include on-site cash payment recording, so market day cash transactions can be logged and tracked in the same system. Everything ends up in one place for your reporting.
No. TEKRAM does not take any commission or percentage of your vendor payments. You keep 100% of what vendors pay you, minus Stripe's standard merchant processing fees (which go directly to Stripe, not TEKRAM). Your TEKRAM subscription is a flat monthly or annual fee — completely separate from your revenue.
Yes — to accept online vendor payments you'll need a Stripe account, which is free to create and takes around 10 minutes to set up. Stripe pays out directly to your nominated bank account. If you don't have one yet, we'll guide you through the setup as part of your TEKRAM onboarding.
Stripe's standard Australian rate is 1.7% + 30¢ per successful domestic card transaction (international cards are higher). These fees are charged by Stripe directly and are not set by or paid to TEKRAM. You can pass these fees to vendors or absorb them — that's entirely your call and can be configured in your stall pricing.
Vendors apply through a branded online application form on your market microsite. The form captures everything you need — business details, product category, stall size requirements, uploads (photos, certificates, permits), and more. Applications land in your manager portal for review. You approve or decline with one click, and the vendor is notified automatically.
Yes. If you're migrating from another system or a spreadsheet, we can import your existing vendors via CSV at setup. This is currently managed by the TEKRAM team as part of your onboarding — we'll map your data across and get everyone set up with their login credentials before you go live. Bulk import tools for market managers are on the roadmap.
Vendors have their own secure login to a self-service dashboard where they can: update their business profile and logo, browse and book upcoming event dates, pay for their stall online, view their booking history and payment receipts, manage stall size and add-on preferences (electricity, tables, gazebo hire), and receive broadcast messages from the market manager. It's designed to be simple enough that even the least tech-savvy stallholder can use it without calling you.
Yes — vendor waitlist management is included on the Enterprise plan. When a market date is at capacity, vendors can join the waitlist and are notified automatically if a spot opens. This feature is part of the current Enterprise plan offering.
Once you submit your onboarding form and we've confirmed your plan, our team sets up your TEKRAM account — configuring your market locations, stall types, pricing, application form, and branding. We then do a one-on-one handover session to walk you through the platform before you go live. Enterprise customers get a more comprehensive onboarding including data migration and custom configuration. Most accounts are live within a few business days of submitting your details.
All plans include email support and a one-on-one onboarding session. Professional plans receive priority email support with faster response times. Enterprise customers get phone support and dedicated account management. We're Australian-based, so you're not dealing with offshore support desks or time zone delays.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe — we never store card details. TEKRAM is fully compliant with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. Your data belongs to you — we don't sell it, share it, or use it for any purpose other than running your TEKRAM account.
Yes — TEKRAM is fully responsive and works on any device. The check-in portal is specifically designed for mobile use on market day, so your team can check vendors in from a phone or tablet without needing a laptop. The manager portal and vendor dashboards are also mobile-friendly.
Visual site mapping lets you build a digital layout of your market grounds — plotting each stall site on an interactive map. You can assign vendors to specific sites, see at a glance what's booked and what's available, and share the map publicly so attendees know where to find their favourite stalls. This feature is included on the Enterprise plan.
We've made migration as painless as possible. We can import your existing vendor list from a CSV, and our onboarding process is structured around getting you live quickly without disrupting your current event schedule. Enterprise customers get dedicated migration support. For most operators, the switch takes less than a week from sign-up to go-live.
