TEKRAM offers an intuitive platform to manage vendor applications, approvals, and communications, all in one place, reducing manual work and errors while giving event managers their time back to focus on the events.
Absolutely! Our system provides real-time dashboards that display vendor check-ins, payment statuses, and total bookings ensuring you have all the information at your fingertips when you need it.
TEKRAM supports online payments through Stripe for vendor payments online and should you need to accept cash in person on event day you can record this through the TEKRAM platform ensuring nothing is un-accounted for. We will soon include paypal as standard plus other credit card payment options. And invoicing through TEKRAM to your vendors is available on request however we won't be able to offer real-time tracking for you on this.
There sure is! TEKRAM has been developed with the event eco-system in mind and we aim to exceed your vendor and customer expectations. The platform has an integrated 'stallholders directory' which is displayed on the micro-site and can even be embedded on other websites. As soon as a vendor has booked and paid to attend their next event, the vendor profile including logo, product information, social media and website links are displayed on the directory for that date. This feature is a highlight for vendor promotions and for your customers wondering where their favourite vendors are.
Yes! Approved vendors get their own dashboard with a unique login where they login to manage their profile information, book and pay online to attend the next event, view upcoming bookings, and see their payment history. It's completely self-service. And as an added benefit, market managers can send push notifications to the dashboard for market communications.
All plans include access to support, varied depending on your plan level. At time of onboarding, we do set up your account with you and offer one-on-one training for handover. Should you need assistance, we are Australian based and available. Professional plans get priority support, and Enterprise customers receive dedicated account management and optional on-site training.
Yes, we make migration easy. We can import your chosen pre-approved vendors via CSV upload at time of setup, this process is currently managed by the TEKRAM team but we will look to expand the ability to upload to market managers soon.
TEKRAM is available for a minimum term of one month which is pre-paid at time of joining and annual plans are available with bonus or discounts when pre-paid.
Yes, security is our top priority. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Australian-based servers with enterprise-grade security. We're also fully compliant with Australian privacy laws.
Absolutely! You can upgrade your plan at any time. And should your needs change, plans can be downgraded on annual plans depending on where you're at within the 12 month period and we will always work with you for the best outcomes.
