TEKRAM retains all intellectual property rights. Customers receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the platform during the subscription term.
To the extent permitted by law, TEKRAM is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data, revenue, or opportunity.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, misuse, or breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
TEKRAM processes personal data solely to provide hosted market and event management services, including event listings, stallholder applications, communications, and reporting features.
TEKRAM implements technical and organisational measures consistent with recognised information security standards to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.
TEKRAM may engage subprocessors for hosting, analytics, communications, and payment processing. TEKRAM remains responsible for the performance of its subprocessors in accordance with this DPA.
TEKRAM will notify the Customer without undue delay after becoming aware of a notifiable data breach, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
